Resident Apartment Manager for 29 units. 24 unit apartment building, (2) duplexes and one single family house. All located together in Tacoma.
Duties include: rent collection and record keeping, annual recertification of apartment tenants, marketing and showing available units, resolving tenant issues, light maintenance and landscaping, accepting deliveries, facilitating repairs/service calls, etc.
Compensation is a one bedroom apartment, parking and $300 monthly utility stipend.
