Are you a real estate professional with a client first mindset who loves working with people, touring homes, negotiating contracts and servicing clients without having to worry about prospecting and cold calling? This could be the perfect opportunity for you! Our team has well qualified Buyers (not leads, ready to go clients!) looking to Buy homes. Your role will be to guide them through the process of home buying including finding and showing properties that would be the best fit for the client, providing honest feedback while touring, attending inspections, negotiating and reviewing contracts.
You can expect to close 35 transactions/year and earn $150,000 annually. You will also have an experienced team lead by your side who will be committed to you succeeding in this role!
Requirements
Proven track record working experience as a real estate agent or real estate salesperson or extensive knowledge of Eastside neighborhoods and home maintenance in general
Availability on days, nights, weekends, or whenever the client needs service
Pleasant, trustworthy, and a go-getter
Access to a reliable car
Email, smartphone savvy

Potential to earn over 100K yearly. On an average experienced agents on our team earn over $180,000 annually.
