Responsibilities to include but not limited to the following:
We are looking for a Residential Community Manager to join our great team. We specialize in the management of Residential Rental properties (Salary based on experience)
2 years plus of experience needed
Options to living on site
This is a full time position the ideal candidate will have prior Property Management- strong self-motivated, renting skills and willing to make the deal happen!
Responsibilities are the following
Manage communication with Zillow and Craigslist including phone calls, texts, and emails
dressing mini models and updating ads has needed.
Great customer service skills
Reliable Car transportation
Proactively develop and improve client relationships
Prepare Rent Ready scopes of work and coordinate with maintenance and do annual property inspections
Advertise properties for rent on Zillow, Craigslist and Property website
Monitor and Review tenant applications and screening reports
Prepare lease documents for approved tenants
Manage and attend to administrative duties related to management
Monday to Friday 9am to 6 pm /1 hr lunch
