Bring your prior Property Management experience and start right away. We are located in Puyallup Washington and will be adding a full-time experienced Property Manager to join our team! You will manage the day-to-day operations to ensure that a variety of properties comply with company policies and procedures, Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other laws and regulations governing housing.
This is an in-office position, not an onsite and no housing is included. Fulltime position at hourly rate, no commissions.
Candidate must have 2 years prior experience as a Property Manager. Be comfortable using office technology such as Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook. AppFolio knowledge is a plus.
