Requirements:
Full time and live on-site. See: compensation below.
Couple to manage a well maintained 33 unit apartment building.
Must have experience to perform light repairs. The manager will be working directly with the owner.
No layers of management and decisions are made quickly. The owners are knowledgeable, supportive and always available.
Must have some management and/or marketing experience.
Must have computer skills.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Respond to prospective residents inquiring on Zillow/Web ASAP. Respond by setting an appointment to
show apartments.
Provide applications and submit for background check.
Perform move-in and move-out inspections.
Keep grounds free of liter.
Vacuum hallways and mop hard surfaces every 10 days. Main entry, elevator and garage lobby.
Clean all glass weekly and or as needed.
Maintain names on mailboxes, building roster, and phone numbers in intercom system,
Must have computer skills to place adds in online publications such as Zillow including 3D.
Must be detail oriented, organized and have a positive outlook.
Ability to resolve tenant issues.
Scheduling of vendors such as carpet cleaner, cleaners etc.
Must lightly stage vacant apartments with accessories.
Keep landlord informed as to outcome of showings to prospective tenants.
Compensation: rent free apartment, free on-site garage parking and utilities included except electricity and
cable.
