Excellent opportunity for Maintenance Supervisor or Technician in Kent.
This position requires a minimum of 1 years' experience with apartment maintenance at a 100+ unit property.
This is a full time position that requires after hours on call emergency availability.
Applicants must be able to work independently as well as with others.
Professional attitude and dress code required.
The applicant must be skilled in various maintenance functions including and not limited to plumbing, pool maintenance, heating, general carpentry skills, appliance, electrical, painting, caulking and snow removal. Maintains grounds, pool and common areas, to keep them clean, free of trash, debris, and other safety issues. Must complete resident service request in a timely manner. Technician prepares all vacant apartments, which may include painting, general repairs, and housekeeping to ensure a quality product to our residents.
Provide superior customer service and represents the company in a professional manner at all times. Consistently maintains a professional, courteous attitude when dealing with residents, coworkers, and the general public.
