Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive HOA Manager to oversee the daily operations of homeowner associations. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, board members, and vendors, ensuring efficient management, clear communication, and adherence to community guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Community Management:
o Manage daily operations of multiple HOAs, ensuring smooth and efficient management.
o Serve as the primary liaison between homeowners, board members, and vendors.
Operational Oversight:
o Organize and facilitate board meetings, community events, and maintenance projects.
o Respond promptly to resident inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
Administrative Duties:
o Maintain accurate records, financial statements, and compliance documentation.
o Collaborate with the executive team on budgeting and financial planning.
Policy Enforcement:
o Enforce community guidelines and local regulations.
o Work with legal advisors when necessary to ensure regulatory compliance.
Maintenance Coordination and Project Management:
o Work with the in-house maintenance team and outside vendors to facilitate work order requests.
o Assist in getting bids for projects and help oversee capital improvement projects – with assistance from the Prime
HOA team.
Partner with the sales team in Prospect Meetings and Business Development Activities.
o Participate in sales meetings alongside our team, engaging directly with HOAs seeking new management services.
Qualifications:
Experience in HOA management, property management, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and G Suite.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with local, state, and federal laws related to HOA operations (preferred).
Experience with property management software, such as Appfolio (preferred).
