HOA Community Manager

Great West Management Group is a full-service association and property management company providing condominium and HOA services in Pierce and King County. We are seeking a high-quality candidate to join our team and oversee the operation of the Condominium and Homeowner Associations.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for the communities and ensure a fast and efficient response turn around

Perform regular property inspections to ensure compliance and process violation notices

Maintain common area maintenance program for each property

Work closely with vendors for property maintenance, annual taxes, audits, insurance, legal counsel, etc.

Work closely with the BOD to prepare the annual budget

Work closely with reserve study specialists to prepare annual reserve studies

Schedule and attend BOD meetings, ratification meetings, and annual meetings (most meetings are held in the evening via Zoom. On occasion, employee may be required to attend in-person meetings)

Carefully review and approve monthly financial reports

Review and approve vendor invoices, ensuring timely processing

Experience:

Minimum 2 year's experience managing HOA's and condo buildings in WA State

Working knowledge of governing statues

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

License / Certification:

WA State Drivers License and Insurance - must be current

CMCA Certified or willing to get certified within 6 months of employment (Company will reimburse course cost upon employee's submission of CMCA Certificate within 6 months of hire date)

Salary and Schedule:

$60,000 - $70,000/year Salary for certified candidates DOE

$50,000 - $55,000/year Salary for non-certified candidates working towards certification DOE

Monday - Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm - meeting attendance excluded
