Our team is looking for an experienced leasing agent to join us - a great opportunity for someone who is self-motivated and who loves working with people!

APPLY ONLINE TODAY!

This is a full-time position working Tuesday through Saturday, 9am to 6pm. Our team is based out of offices near Fremont (Seattle), but Leasing Agents will travel between the office and properties throughout the day. At this time, we expect this position will focus on properties on the northern end of our portfolio, ranging from the Seattle area up to and including Everett. This position requires daily use of a personal vehicle.

The Role

As the first point of contact for potential residents, Leasing Agents are the face of the company. Successful Leasing Agents are professional and provide high-level customer service for all residents and clients, consistent with our company values. Although you are responsible for specific units and properties, we work collaboratively as a team to ensure positive resident experiences across the board, increase retention, and ultimately build our portfolio of properties.

A typical day for a Leasing Agent includes advertising available apartments online, communicating with prospective residents, scheduling and conducting apartment tours, and coordinating apartment turns (maintenance and cleaning of upcoming available units after move-outs). Beyond leasing, this position is a critical part of the larger property management team, supporting a variety of projects on a regular basis.
