Job description:
Guide Property Services is a mid-size property management company growing extremely fast! We are looking to hire a skilled Renovations Technician who wants to grow and succeed with us. We offer paid time off, performance bonuses, medical, dental, and 401k.
This role would be working at 6-8 sites in Olympia/Tacoma/Puyallup area.
Responsibilities:
Performs unit interior demolition which includes but is not limited to removing lights, plumbing, electrical fixtures, appliances, hardware, drywall, etc.
Performs unit interior installation which includes but is not limited to lights, plumbing, electrical fixtures, appliances, drywall, doors, hardware, window coverings, tiles, etc.
Qualifications:
Prior experience with multifamily unit renovations/construction. Prior experience with carpentry, electrical work, and plumbing work. Knowledge and ability to use power and hand tools. Strong attention to detail, organizational, time-management and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently. Ability to travel to various properties within each market. Must have reliable transportation. Must have a valid driver's license.
