We are looking for dynamic Administrative Support team members to join our team, filling roles such as Community Manager, Leasing Consultant, and Assistant Property Manager. Position Overview: As part of the Administrative Support team, you will be the face of Elev8 Residential, providing excellent customer service, handling administrative tasks, and supporting the overall management of the community. Your role will involve interacting with residents, prospective tenants, vendors, and other team members to ensure the property is well-managed and residents are satisfied.
Key Responsibilities:
Community Manager: Oversee the daily operations of the property, including resident relations, leasing, rent collection, and property maintenance. Lead the property team and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Leasing Consultant: Provide prospective residents with tours, respond to inquiries, and manage the leasing process from application to move-in. Assist with marketing efforts and maintain knowledge of current market conditions.
Assistant Property Manager: Support the Community Manager in all aspects of property management, including financial reporting, vendor coordination, and resident services. Assist in managing maintenance requests and maintaining accurate records.
General Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to resident inquiries and service requests.
Assist with lease renewals, resident retention initiatives, and community events.
Maintain accurate records of leases, renewals, and other administrative tasks.
Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies.
Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to ensure a well-maintained property.
Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, and preparing reports as needed.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in property management, leasing, or administrative roles is highly preferred.
Strong communication skills with a customer-service focus.
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, RealPage) is a plus.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desired Background: We are looking for candidates with a background in property management or administrative support, including:
Experience as a Community Manager, Leasing Consultant, Assistant Property Manager, or similar role.
Familiarity with lease agreements, tenant relations, and property operations.
Proven track record of providing excellent customer service and administrative support.
