Warehouse Fulfillment Associate
We are a busy e-commerce company located in the SODO area looking to hire immediately for a part-time employee to join our team. There may also be opportunity to grow into a full-time position if it's a good fit.
The ideal candidate will have some experience in a fulfillment center and/or warehouse environment. This a part-time, non-remote position requiring 16 hours per week (9am-5pm, Monday and Tuesday only). Pay rate is $23/hr to start.
Basic Responsibilities:
- Fulfill daily orders in a timely manner
- Restock products as they run out
- Process returns
- Work with USPS and FedEx shipping software
- Complete various additional office projects as they are assigned to you
Required Qualifications:
- 1+ year of order fulfillment and/or customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Capable of handling a high volume of daily orders
- Ability to multi-task and maintain focus in a fast-paced work environment
- Must have strong organizational skills and be detail-oriented
- Self-motivated; proactive and enthusiastic demeanor
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
- Ability to work both autonomously and as the member of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of order fulfillment and/or customer service experience
- 2 or 4-year college degree
- Experience with CMS systems
