Car Pros is seeking a Title Clerk for our Accounting Department in the Corporate Office. Training Available.
The Title Clerk for vehicle sales processes car deals. S/he verifies cost, including the costs of reconditioning and equipment add-ons, for the accounting department and prepares legal transfer documents for the DOL.
Responsibilities may include the following
Prepare tax and title documents in a timely manner.
Submit all legal transfer documents to the DOL in a timely manner.
Prepare stock cards for new and used vehicles.
Receive and process paperwork from Finance department.
Prepare payoff checks for new vehicles and trade-ins.
Post vehicle sales and purchases.
Input inventory control information.
Report new-car sales to manufacturer(s).
Register extended service policy contracts.
Prepare trade-in paperwork.
Ensure that name and address files are updated on an ongoing basis
Pre-Employment/Offer Qualifications:
