Proshred Seattle, a rapidly growing company located in South King County, is seeking an experienced sales and administrative support professional.
Compensation: $20/hour to $23/hour initially, depending on the person’s experience. Total compensation can be expected to increase as the company continues to grow. This is a full-time position. Hours are 8-4 pm, M-F. Healthcare coverage available.
This person will be an integral and valued member of our highly collaborative team from the onset. This person must have the drive and initiative to do outstanding work.

Able to lift and empty boxes of documents weighing approximately 30 lbs. each
Knowledgeable about the geography of the region for routing purposes is a plus
Must pass a pre-hire criminal background check.
Primary Responsibilities: Customer Service/Accounts Receivable
Customer service and support – Answering office phones and responding to email inquiries about our services, providing quotes, etc.
Sending emails to prospective customers and existing customers
Credit card processing
Following up on accounts receivables with past due accounts
Entering and managing customer data using specialized industry software
Responding to customers’ calls/emails and solving their problems
Using Outlook calendar to coordinate with the rest of the team
Strict adherence to company’s business’ ISO policies and procedures
Strict adherence to NAID AAA certification requirements
Assisting drop-off customers with their material and taking payment
Secondary Responsibilities: Bookkeeping/Administration/Office Management
Producing and emailing invoices and service to customers
Scanning and storing documents
Administrative support - correspondence, filing, e-mailing, and ordering office supplies
Providing back up support for other office staff members, assuming some of their duties when they are sick, on vacation or are unusually busy
Processing/distributing incoming mail
