We are seeking a dedicated and organized Remote Administrative Assistant to join our team and help us streamline operations and improve customer satisfaction.

Job Description:

The Remote Administrative Assistant will play a vital role in supporting PDC Electric’s daily operations by handling a range of administrative tasks. This role will provide remote support to our team by managing and tracking time for field personnel, handling client communications, and helping to establish seamless administrative processes. The ideal candidate is an organized and detail-oriented self-starter, able to work independently, and comfortable defining new processes and procedures. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and communication.

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to management and field staff

Track and manage time for field personnel

Enter time and submit payroll to ADP

Prepare timekeeping reports and prepare affidavits of experience

Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email

Track payments and follow up on outstanding balances

Administer the company’s fleet of vehicles

Handle other general administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant, or in a similar role

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational and time-management skills

High-speed internet connection and a reliable home office setup

Experience in the electrical or construction industry is a plus

Working Hours:

Part-time hours

Flexible schedule, with occasional availability needed for team meetings or urgent tasks

Opportunity to become full-time as company growth supports additional workload

Compensation:

$20-$30/hr DOE

Opportunities for growth and additional responsibilities

Benefits available if position becomes full-time
