We are actively hiring for a personable, professional Receptionist / Office Assistant.

This is a full-time position. Monday-Friday Day Shift. No Nights or Weekends!

$20-$25 per hour depending on experience.

We’re looking for a welcoming and friendly receptionist to be the first voice customers hear when they contact us. As our receptionist, you will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to our team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth office operations and positive customer interactions. Responsibilities include routing incoming calls to the appropriate department (customer service, sales, accounting, etc.), taking messages, and helping out around the office. Ideal candidates will thrive in a fast-paced environment during peak service seasons and proactively help colleagues with office duties when calls are slow.

Duties:

Greet and assist office visitors in a professional and friendly manner

Answer and direct phone calls to the correct department

Return voicemail and email messages to schedule service appointments

Document and share voicemail information with appropriate departments

Manage incoming and outgoing mail

Light administrative duties (filing, sorting and sending mail, etc.)

Assist with scheduling appointments and maintain calendars

Skills:

Friendly, personable, and professional demeanor both on the phone and in person

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Prior experience in customer service or front desk operations is preferred but not required

Modest computer skills: Google Mail and Calendar, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
