We are a growing business in Bonney Lake looking for someone to join our team. You must be a professional, dependable self-starter with a “can do” attitude and a desire to learn. We are looking for someone trustworthy, dependable, and eager to grow with us.
This position starts as a part-time role, Monday-Friday, with approximately 5 hours a week beginning with your hire date. By October we will be increasing the hours to 5-10 hours a week, followed by 20-30 hours in January. This is subject to change based on the influx of business. There is a possibility for this to turn into a full-time position.
No necessary experience, however, the following are basic qualifications. Punctuality, reliability and trustworthy. Background checks and NDAs are required.
Skill Set/Qualifications:
Computer savvy (knowledge of Microsoft excel, word, typing ability etc)
Maintaining Confidentiality is a must
Prior bookkeeping is a plus but not necessary
Prior reception work is a plus but not necessary
Ability to multitask
Phone etiquette + written and verbal communication
Ability to learn
Must be dog friendly (we occasionally have two Boston terriers at the office)
Attention to detail, teamwork and excellent customer service
Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls
Schedule appointments and meet/greet clients
Maintain filing systems
Assist with basic bookkeeping and data entry possible DOE
Communicating with Clients and team members
General office support tasks including but not limited to social media/marketing, office cleaning and maintenance
