Please note before you respond this is a PART TIME position 4 hours per day Monday - Friday. If you're enrolled in college or just seeking a part time position this could be a good opportunity. Hours for this position are 7 - 11 AM, however we can be somewhat flexible.
Swift Tool is seeking someone well experienced for a PART TIME accounts payable position in our Kent corporate office. We would prefer someone with at least two years of hands-on A/P experience as well as solid general office skills. There's lots of variety as you'll be involved with daily accounting operations.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
- Match invoices with packing slips
- Research and post invoices for payment
- Handle the bi-weekly A/P check run
- Check quantities & prices on vendor invoices for accuracy
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Substantial attention to detail a must
- Solid typing and numeric key pad skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to stay on task while maintaining a sense of humor
This is a PART TIME position Monday through Friday 4 hours per day. Start at $18 - $20 per hour DOE. This is a great opportunity for someone willing to contribute and become part of our team.
