Hello! Do you enjoy working under little to no supervision, and are a diligent and responsible individual? Do you love working with people, and creating a welcoming and safe place for residents? You will fit right in with our team if you do! We are looking to add to our talented team of Concierge/Security for our over night position. The hours for this position is 11pm-7am.
The start date for this position will be on Monday April 1st. Training will be scheduled starting 2 weeks prior to the starting date.
We are searching for both fulltime and part time positions. Saturday to Sunday (Part Time) or Monday to Friday (Full Time)
Below are some examples of the duties included in this job.
- Excellent Time Management
- Provide a welcoming atmosphere for residents and their guests
- Complete a shift report before the end of every shift
- Conduct hourly checks of designated areas to ensure property security
- Patrol designated areas when needed
- Take picture of QR codes in designated areas hourly to send to manager
- Answer phone calls when required
- Inform Facilities Manager of any emergencies that may arise over night
- Check in packages (Minimal)
- Check unit keys in and out on occasion (For residents or Unit owners)
- Check on security cameras
- Maintain a high level of professionality between piers and residents
- Maintain confidentiality with building information
- Deliver news papers daily to designated units
- Lock outside elevator at every start of shift
