All Around Fence Company is hiring an Office Assistant!
1. Contract administration-duties include emailing out estimates, seeing fencing contracts through from start to finish, invoicing and collecting payment
2. Scheduling jobs with Operations Manager and making sure all paperwork is in order for estimators, installers, and your own files
3. Proficiency required in the following categories-Word, Excel, QuickBooks, Outlook, Adobe, DocuSign
4. Must pay attention to detail, stay focused, be organized and on task
5. Must be polite, courteous, and empathetic while dealing with customers on the phone and through email
6. Excellent attendance is required
Hours: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm
