Office and Marketing Coordinator
compensation: DOE

Our office manager needs help! We are looking for an office support person who can assist customers, employees and management.
This position requires the ability to keep confidentiality, a professional appearance, and a helpful attitude.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet, check in and provide directional assistance to all guests as needed. Deliver a consistent, outstanding customer service experience for both internal and external customers.
Manage daily incoming phone calls.
Review of daily e-mail correspondence.
Collaborate with and assist the management department as needed.
Manage all advertising
Maintain website, building marketing material, ads for social media and print media. Coordinate radio advertising several times a year.
QUALIFICATIONS
At least 2 years of experience in a professional office environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an open and approachable professional demeanor
Ability to work independently, take initiative, provide workable solutions toward positive improvements and lead positive change.
Detail-oriented and good organizational skills. The ability to work under stressful situations and timelines.
Read, speak, write and understand the English language.
Working Relationships:
Must maintain excellent working relationships with both internal and external customers. Note: This job is located in Bremerton WA.
