Full Charge Bookkeeper / Office Administrator

This position reports to the President and is responsible for maintaining and improving company financial systems, including AR/AP, processing payroll, and tax reporting.

Must have an extensive knowledge of QuickBooks Online.

In addition, this position is responsible for HR administrative duties including maintaining employee records, onboarding process and paperwork, administering health benefits and 401K paperwork, as well as miscellaneous tasks such as picking up the mail.

Primary Duties:

Maintain and balance financial accounts, including reconciliation.

Accounts receivable and accounts payable

Accurately report sales tax, track tax nexus

Filing quarterly payroll taxes and monthly B&O taxes

Ensure timesheets are approved and process payroll.

Develop processes and procedures to improve workflow.

Maintain employee records.

On-board new employees with regards to HR aspects

Maintain/reorder office supplies as necessary.

Maintain employee benefits programs, including medical and 401K and inform employees of benefits.

Perform other duties as required, including answering phones.

Qualifications:

Knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google products

Advanced knowledge of Intuit QuickBooks Online required.

Preferred 4+ years of full-charge bookkeeper and administrative experience

Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.

Strong organizational skills, time management skills and attention to detail

Ability to take direction.

Must pass a background and credit check.

Monday – Friday (7:30 to 4pm) NOT A REMOTE POSITION
