This is a great opportunity for someone wanting to open their world to the Dental profession. You will be a key player in the office – if you do not have Dental experience – No Problem – as long as you’re eager to learn, we can absolutely teach you!

Dental Assistants wanting to make the switch to the front office are strongly encouraged to apply! You could use the knowledge and skills you have in a new way to help patients out on the administrative side.

Our established family practice is looking for a dedicated Patient Care Coordinator Or Perhaps a Dental Assistant who is looking for a long term career. If you are looking for a place to learn and grow, while having fun and taking care of patients, our office would be a great fit for you! The full-time opportunity is available immediately. Candidates must be available to work Monday through Thursday. No Weekends or Evenings!

Excellent communication and technology skills, a vibrant attitude, team player and organizational skills are required to be able to adapt to our friendly, caring and professional team environment. Some dental front office experience is preferred; however we are willing to train the right candidate with excellent customer service experience.

The right candidate will be trained and will receive first-hand knowledge of dentistry. This is a great opportunity for an entry level position, someone with a passion for dentistry or a new Dental Assisting grad.

Responsibilities and Duties:

You will be responsible for a variety of front office duties including patient communication via text, email and phone. Greeting patients and patient check-out, scheduling appointments, appointment confirmation, treatment coordination, verifying insurance eligibility and obtaining dental benefits, and helping other team members as needed.

Desired Qualifications include:

1 year dental office OR customer service experience Required

Outgoing personality with GREAT people skills & a friendly voice on the phone

Excellent written & verbal skills

A team-player who works well with others

A proactive, motivated and Energetic person that takes initiative and finishes the job

Organized, attention to detail and ability to multi-task

Proficient in DENTRIX is a plus!

High School Diploma required, some college preferred

This position is Monday through Thursday, with the occasional Friday
