Project Coordinator – Exciting & Dynamic Position
We are looking for a confident, highly organized, and fast-moving person to join a team of positive people who are building out the plumbing systems in some of the most exciting commercial TI projects for restaurateurs and small businesses in Seattle. This position will work directly as the right-hand to the woman-owner of the company with a focus on project coordination for a small group of top-notch plumbers. Our plumbers are skilled problem-solvers who are always up for a challenge and super fun to work with.

You should be confident in your ability to manage multiple projects, juggle constant communication (emails, calls, texts), and coordinate fixtures, schedules, RFIs, and change orders efficiently—all while keeping things running smoothly.
Responsibilities
In-office position (not remote).
Schedule & Track Projects – Maintain job calendars, schedule inspections, track milestones, and ensure deadlines are met while adjusting to schedule changes.
Field Team Dispatching – Assign crews to job sites based on project needs, accuracy, and timelines, making quick adjustments as needed.
Communication & Coordination – Act as support for clients, contractors, and subcontractors, handling RFIs, change orders, and last-minute project modifications with efficiency.
Project Meetings & Support – Organize and participate in project meetings, assist in resolving scheduling conflicts, and provide field support as needed.
Compliance & Inspections – Schedule inspections, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate lien releases.
Procurement Support – Assist in sourcing materials and equipment while managing changes in fixtures and schedules.
Project Start & Closeout – Manage documentation, final inspections, and warranty coordination.
Administrative Tasks – Maintain job records, manage inventory, handle vendor coordination, and oversee project-related communications.
Requirements
Construction Experience – Must have some background in subcontracting or related construction roles (plumbing-specific experience not required).
Project Coordination Expertise – Experience managing multiple projects at once in a fast-paced construction setting.
Extremely Organized & Detail-Oriented – Strong multitasking and time management skills, with the ability to keep up with constant changes and moving parts.
Fast & Efficient Communicator – Must be very fast at typing and managing a high volume of emails, calls, and texts regarding project updates.
Strong Problem-Solver & Go-Getter – A confident self-starter who can handle challenges, work independently, and make things happen.
Tech-Savvy – Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, email, Calendar, etc.) with the ability to adapt to new software.
Extroverted Preferred – Someone who enjoys working with people, coordinating teams, and keeping projects running smoothly in a dynamic environment.
