Join our well-established Everett-based business as a full-time E-Commerce Product Listing Specialist. In this on-site role, you’ll create and maintain online product listings for our e-commerce platforms in the marine and recreational markets. Remote work is not available for this position.
What You’ll Do:
- Accurately enter product data from multiple sources.
- Write engaging product titles and descriptions aligned with company standards.
- Source, edit, and take product photos, as needed.
- Assist with e-commerce team projects and other responsibilities, as needed.
What We Offer:
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–5:00 pm.
- Starting Pay: $20.00–$25.00/hour, depending on experience.

Required Skills (Must Have):
- Fast, accurate typing (50+ WPM).
- Excellent written communication (spelling, grammar, punctuation).
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and motivation.
- Proficiency in Windows, G-Suite, and Microsoft Office.
- Resourceful and skilled in internet research.
- Ability to independently and collaboratively meet goals.
- Basic understanding of SEO and keywords.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
- Experience with spreadsheets, e-commerce platforms, and/or inventory systems.
- Knowledge of website back-end management and/or customer support software.
- Familiarity with the marine industry and/or basic mechanical concepts.
