Key Responsibilities:

- Multiverse Management (M): Harness your expertise to synchronize the intricate schedules and ambitions of our group members, ensuring seamless integration of personal and professional quests.

- Strategic Scrolls and Scripts (S³): Oversee vital communications and documentation, preparing meticulously for major group assemblies.

- Visionary Expedition Planning: Devise and coordinate logistical details for group adventures, emphasizing innovative problem-solving and strategic foresight.

- Dynamic Quest Facilitation: Foster a culture of open communication and mutual respect, ensuring a harmonious environment and shared commitment to collective goals.

- Operational Excellence: Optimize community spaces for peak performance, applying 2ᶻDᶻ’s principles of efficiency and transformative thinking.

- Adaptive Leadership: Tailor your approach to meet the unique needs of a multi-generational crew, enhancing ties and fostering an inclusive community ethos.

Qualifications:

- Deep engagement with or passionate curiosity about neurodiversity principles.

- Exceptional organizational and diplomatic skills, capable of inspiring both young adventurers and esteemed elders.

- Empathy and adaptability, crucial for managing a diverse and dynamic community.

- Experienced in engaging with a wide array of populations, especially within the queer and trans communities.

- Responsive to feedback and committed to continuous personal and professional development.

- Mandatory clear background check.

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Employment Details:

- Choose between Full-Time or Part-Time engagement.

- Primarily on-site.

- Competitive compensation starting at $25 per hour, adjustable based on experience and skills.
