Americool is a residential heating and air conditioning company located in South Thurston County. We are currently needing to hire for the position of administrative assistant. The position would be full time Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Duties would include, but are not limited to, answering phones, scheduling appointments, taking payments, helping walk in customers, etc While HVAC experience is not required, it would certainly be a plus.
Pay is negotiable based on experience. We provide paid vacation/holidays, sick pay, medical insurance, and retirement.
