Job Description
We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage customer accounts and ensure timely payments. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with a positive attitude and a passion for working with customers. No prior experience is required – we provide comprehensive training to set you up for success!
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with clients via phone, email to follow up on payments.
Maintain detailed and organized records of transactions and customer interactions.
Resolve billing inquiries with professionalism and a customer-focused approach.
Collaborate with the finance team to streamline accounts receivable processes.
Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and payment efficiency.

No prior accounts receivable or finance experience needed – we’ll teach you everything you need to know!

Vacation –
1st year= 1 week (1 week equals five 8-hour days)
