All Right Auto Sales currently has an open position for Accountant/Bookkeeper/Office Manager who will handle the financial and administrative operations including but not limited to managing accounts, preparing financial reports, maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling bank statements, processing transactions, overseeing daily office tasks, ensuring the smooth functioning of the office environment, handling phone, mail, and email inquiries, preparing correspondence, and managing communications with internal and external parties.
Required skills:
Understanding accounting principles and proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks and Excel), ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, good communication skills, the ability to handle sensitive financial and other information with confidentiality.
