Account Manager and Sales Administrator

General Summary:

Ember One is seeking a dynamic professional to fill a combined role of Account Manager and Sales Administrator. This position is integral to managing client relationships, supporting sales processes, and contributing to our mission of rekindling humanity’s relationship with IT. The ideal candidate will demonstrate independence, business acumen, and strong client service skills.

Responsibilities:

Account Management:

Serve as the primary business contact and advocate for clients.

Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

Monitor client work and documentation accurately and timely.

Collaborate with the service department to ensure high client retention and satisfaction.

Meet regularly with vCIOs to align on client servicing.

Understand clients’ business needs and IT environments.

Track all account activities in the PSA system.

Develop and maintain technology plans supporting client needs.

Implement and manage client touch and communication strategies.

Assist with QBR preparation and general client engagement.

Manage IT infrastructure roadmap and service expansions/renewals.

Sales Administration:

Provide clerical and communication support for sales and customer service.

Learn our product stack and service delivery procedures.

Track agreement renewals and create opportunities in the PSA system.

Use the sales quoting tool to create, review, and deliver proposals.

Facilitate meetings with clients and internal resources.

Maintain a task list for client follow-ups.

Build relationships with vendors and manage procurement processes.

Assist marketing and sales teams with social media, events, and marketing plans.

Ensure timely and accurate order completion.

Improve customer satisfaction through daily interactions.

Complete all required training on products, tools, and procedures.

Detail-oriented and goal-driven.

Credentials and Experience:

Bachelor’s or associate degree preferred.

Three to eight years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and personal technology.

At least 1 year of experience in customer service.

Pay: $50,000 per year
