Job Title: Community Resource Navigator (https://citrinehealth.org/employment/employment-job-announcement-community-resource-navigator/)
Citrine Health, celebrating 27 years of helping women and their families, is a 501(c)3 non-profit agency that serves to connect women and their families to services and resources for health and wellness. The Community Resource Navigator educates, informs and assists with enrollment activities to social and human services in Snohomish County.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Attend outreach events, meetings and health fairs (remotely or in person) in Snohomish County for Citrine’s programs.
Build Partnerships with Social Services Agencies and other community groups to promote Citrine’s programs throughout the region.
Distribute information to community, social and human service agencies, health care facilities and businesses regarding Citrine’s programs.
Assists with record keeping, reports and data entry as needed.
Provide information, education and application assistance to potentially eligible clients regarding available community resources.
Assist clients over the phone and in person to complete applications for Basic Food.
Translate documents from English to Spanish.
Use an assortment of social media tools to help inform clients about community resources.
Perform outreach to individuals and groups on behalf of Basic Food program and BCCHP: Requires frequent travel within Snohomish County with occasional travel throughout the NW Region.
Attend required trainings as requested/scheduled.
Assist with agency events.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bi-Lingual English/Spanish
Experience working with people that have limited resources and diverse background
Team player who enjoys working with people
Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience speaking publicly to large and small groups
Ability to pass criminal background check
Working knowledge of confidentiality and HIPPA.
Must have valid driver’s license, insurance and reliable transportation
BA/BS degree in a related field, or high school graduate with 2 years’ comparable work experience
Competent computer skills including: Outlook, Explorer, Teams, Excel

Reports to: Community Resource Navigator Coordinator
Hours/FTE: Full-Time – 32 Hours. Flexible hours with occasional evenings and weekends.
Benefits: 4-day work week, employer paid vacation & sick pay, employer paid health & dental insurance, employer match to Simple IRA.
Travel: Travel Necessary, Mileage Reimbursed
Pay Scale: $33,000 – 61,000 DOE
