We are immediately hiring for Full Time AM Culinary Attendant

Work schedule: 6:00am to 2:30pm

Hours per week: 30 to 40 hours

Signing Bonus: $1,000 for Full time, prorated if you work less than 40 hours a week.

What you’ll be doing:

Interacting with residents with courtesy, empathy and a cooperative attitude

Detailed in making sure boxes are written and filled accurately

Taking meal/beverage orders and serve meals in a friendly and timely manner

Assuring residents and guests are satisfied with their meals

Keeping the environment safe and clean

Following the kitchen and dining room cleaning schedule

Maintaining all side stations and dining areas

Following daily and weekly cleaning schedules

Performing other duties as assigned

Required qualifications for this position include:

Able to start at 6:00am consistently

Knowledgeable on how to keep prep stations clean (sanitizer bucket, dairy products in fridge, wipe counters, label everything, correct amount of ice in bin)

Works well in a team setting/communicates with other morning staff what is needed

Can put as much quality and care into delivering food as there is in serving food

Current food handler’s permit or ability to obtain food handler’s permit prior to starting work

Time management skills, efficiency, preparedness (making sure hot food is filled last, gets food to residents before things melt/get cold, checks on what is needed before doors open, knows how to give/offer alternatives)

Knowledge of food preparation and production

Set-up and clean the dining room while maintaining or exceeding hospitality and service standards

Must enjoy working with seniors

Ability to respond promptly to resident needs

Must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19
