Position Summary

We’re hiring a Quality Inspector / QA Technician to support inspection, quality control, and continuous improvement across our manufacturing operations. You'll help ensure the highest product quality standards are met through hands-on inspections, audits, and collaboration with engineering and production teams.

Key Responsibilities

Material Review & Trending

Process non-conforming material and complete MRB documentation

Track and analyze quality data to identify trends and recommend improvements

Escalate quality issues as needed and support disposition activities

Process Improvement Support

Assist with component/material quality investigations

Support root cause analysis for manufacturing issues or customer RMAs

Help reduce scrap through analysis and corrective action initiatives

Production Quality Oversight

Conduct product inspections for prototypes

Perform daily audits on floor processes (SMT, Insertion, Coating, etc.)

Ensure compliance with documented processes and procedures

Initiate CAPAs when discrepancies are found

Support Receiving Inspection, QA stations, and AS9102 First Article Inspections as needed

Required Qualifications

5+ years in Quality Control/QA in electronics manufacturing

Familiar with IPC-A-610, J-STD-001, and AS9102 standards

Active or renewable IPC/J-STD certifications (company training provided)

Skills & Abilities

Proficient in technical document interpretation and inspection techniques

Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills

Experience with SPC data, measurement tools, and root cause analysis

Schedule

Shifts: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM (Day Shift)

Benefits & Compensation

Salary Range: $20/hr to $28/hr + overtime as needed

Pay Frequency: Bi-weekly

Base Pay: Dependent on experience, skills, and job-related knowledge
