What is the job:

This is a position in a fabrication warehouse setting with a strong emphasis on teamwork and communication. This full-time production position requires standing, walking, and frequent lifting for extended periods. This is not a sitting down position.

Apprentice Technician will be learning the skill of manufacturing Prosthetic and Orthotic devices, supporting current technical staff and facility operations.

Currently, we are seeking qualified individuals who have experience and strong skills using some of these tools:

Common hand tools

Metal/woodshop tools

Power tools

Sewing machines

A successful candidate will have experience working with the some of the following materials:

Leather

Metal

Wood

Foams

Resins & Adhesives

Composite materials – Fiberglass, Carbon

Plaster

Working with RESINS and COMPOSITES is a plus. MUST have strong analytical skills, including measuring, and reading instructions.
