QUALITEL PROFILE:

Qualitel is an Electronics Manufacturing Service (EMS) provider that specializes in high end, high reliability product applications. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

1) Loading sales orders and work orders from purchase orders received from customers.

2) Order all raw materials per Qualitel quotation.

3) Set project due dates based on raw material dates and quoted labor time.

4) Track raw material due dates and communicate to team any delays to schedule.

5) Receive in all material, organize, and kit jobs to ensure a smooth handover to production personnel.

6) Track project delivery and coordinate priorities with engineering and manufacturing teams.

7) Assist engineering on hot jobs where needed, including light mechanical assembly.

8) Assist engineering in ordering tools and equipment as needed.

Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned.

SKILLS:

1) Strong computer skills, especially using Excel for data visualization

2) Understanding of ERP or inventory systems

3) Good communication skills both written and verbal

4) Background in manufacturing, supply chain, or accounting a plus

5) Flexibility to adapt to fast paced environment

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Minimum 2 years College Education from 4-year College or University and/or AA degree from Junior or Community College; plus a minimum of 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read, analyze and interpret common industry journals, reports, and documents. Good command of the English Language must include; Ability to effectively communicate ideas and solutions to complex issues and problems verbally. Ability to write effectively using proper grammar, spelling and sentence structure. Ability to effectively present information to top management, company groups, and/or customers.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to understand and use mathematical concepts, including basic Algebra,

fractions, decimals, percentages, ratios, and proportions applied to practical work-related situations.

COMPUTER SKILLS: Ability to navigate in Windows. Ability to use basic/common Windows PC software such; as Excel, MS Word, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint, Visio and Project. Advanced skills in MS Excel, including use of formulas, functions, conditional formatting, & charting. Experience using computer based MRP and/or ERP systems.

REASONING ABILITY: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Ability to flow chart processes and procedures.

BENEFITS:

Salary range: $70K- $90K+ DOE

Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors, including, but not limited to: job-related knowledge, skills, and experience
