Industrial Maintenance Technicians
These positions will start at $30-38 per hour. Shifts available are day shift and graveyard.
The job would be maintenance and repairs for industrial machinery consisting of: Mechanical, Pneumatic, Hydraulic and Electrical Systems.
What you will do:
· Troubleshoot and repair industrial systems including:
· Mechanical Drive Systems: Gearboxes, Belts, Pulleys, Shafts, Bearings and Conveyors
· Hydraulic Systems: Pumps, Hoses, Cylinders, Valves, and Fittings
· Electrical Systems: High/low voltage distribution, Control Circuits, Data/Signal
· Maintain equipment and repair/replace/order defective parts when needed
· Operate machine/equipment for testing, diagnosis and preventive maintenance
· Adjustment and calibration of machine/equipment
· Read and understand mechanical drawings and electrical schematic
What you will need:
· Proven experience and ability in mechanical, electrical and electronic troubleshooting and maintenance techniques
· Must have the ability to demonstrate working knowledge of mechanical/electrical principles and concepts
· Be able to work with each department to provide support to ensure day-to-day maintenance issues are resolved
· Work in a factory environment and have a passion for maintaining a safe workplace
Requirements:
Education/Training
· High School graduate.
Experience:
· 3 years machine maintenance in an industrial setting.
Skills/Aptitude:
· Ability to follow verbal and written instruction.
· Troubleshooting/diagnostic skills.
· Desire to learn and to be challenged.
· Military veterans encouraged to apply.
Working Conditions:
· Factory environment, heavy lifting, on-call, overtime, shift schedules, ability to interface with factory personnel.
