PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

Coordinate candidate communication and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Contribute to social media strategy development and content creation to enhance employer branding and engagement.

Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, and engage with followers to maintain a positive online presence.

Assist with onboarding activities for new hires, including paperwork completion and orientation logistics.

Support HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records and databases.

Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement programs or diversity and inclusion efforts.

QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Previous HR, recruiting, or social media experience is a plus but not required.

Proficiency in social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram) and social media management tools.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.

LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as; percent, rate, ratio, and basic algebraic equations.

REASONING ABILITY: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

LOCATION: This position is based full-time at our facility in Everett, WA, offering a welcoming environment to contribute to our team's success on-site.

WORK STATUS: Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship.

BENEFITS:

Salary range: $20 - $30 per hour.

Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors, including, but not limited to: job-related knowledge, skills, and experience
