Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled individual to support our Engineering team in various functions related to Manufacturing Engineering, Maintenance Engineering, and the Prototype Department. The role involves a variety of responsibilities, including but not limited to the following:

Key Responsibilities:

Create, update, and revise manufacturing procedures to improve efficiency and product quality.

Provide tools and equipment necessary to optimize product manufacturability.

Revise and implement proposals for new product specifications or modifications to existing specifications (E.C.O. System).

Manage the disposition of non-conforming products and materials.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new equipment installations and improvements.

Ensure timely compliance with audit findings.

Work on and implement special projects as assigned by management.

Provide technical engineering support to operations, particularly in mechanical assembly and test processes.

Participate in qualification and validation activities for product and technology implementations.

Support capacity and yield improvement initiatives.

Develop and document Process Validations for automated manufacturing processes and contribute to the development of non-automated processes.

Other duties may be assigned as needed

Qualifications:

To perform this role successfully, candidates must be able to carry out the essential duties satisfactorily. The following are the required qualifications:

Education & Experience:

A 2-year technical degree from a Technical Institute or College, or a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Skills & Abilities:

Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Proficient in writing reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Capable of effectively presenting information and responding to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

Mathematical Skills: Ability to perform calculations such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Knowledge of basic algebra and geometry concepts is essential.

Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Capable of interpreting a range of instructions provided in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Benefits:

Competitive salary range: $23.50/hr to $32/hr, plus overtime as needed

Base pay may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience
