Electro-Mechanical Assembler, Full-Time

reputation for building the most durable certified portable lighting on the market. Our products are built
for industrial services, and they are made to survive the rough conditions of the marine, petrochemical,
and aviation industries. Our products safely illuminate job sites for confined spaces, environmental
cleanup, and industrial coating.
We are seeking an assembler to add to our outstanding small team. The position is fast-paced and may share time between the production and service departments, and may fill in in other areas such as shipping and receiving.
The ideal candidate will be able to:
Follow manufacturing procedures and instructions.
Read and follow assembly drawings and bills of materials.
Use hand tools such as wire strippers, hex wrenches, screwdrivers, torque wrenches, scrapers, knives and others.
Use power tools such as drills, drill press, heat gun.
Perform parts stocking and counting.
Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
Regularly lift up to 40 lbs.
Sit or stand much of the day.
Ability to safely use ladders.
Bonus Skills that may make the candidate more attractive to us:
Familiar with some of our tools and processes.
Minor electrical knowledge (+, -, line, neutral, ground).
Knowledge of shipping practices.
Minimum Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
One year or more in manufacturing is preferred but we will train the right candidate.
Compensation:
$19.50 - $23.50. per hour. Benefits after 90 days include health and dental insurance and eight paid
holidays.
