Independently set up and run programs and edit as needed to make parts per drawing.
Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on CNC machining experience.
Proficient in CNC setup, editing, and inspection.
Experience with horizontal and vertical machining centers, indexers, 4th axis, and turning.
Strong understanding of G-code, tool offsets, and machine operation.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.
Familiarity with precision measuring instruments and quality control standards.
Programming experience (Gibbs CAM or similar) is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
