We are seeking mechanically inclined individuals with a strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn to join our team as CNC Machine Operators. Our state-of-the-art machine shop is looking for candidates who are computer-savvy and good with their hands, even if they don't have previous machine shop experience or a degree/certificate; skillsets from similar fields translate well (construction, mechanics, other manufacturing/machine operators).

Responsibilities:

Set up/operate CNC machines to produce high-quality parts and products.

Load and unload materials into the machines and adjust machine settings to ensure proper operation.

Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.

Collaborate with other members of the team to identify areas for improvement and implement new processes and procedures.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with your hands

Computer-savvy and able to navigate browser-based systems

Ability to lift up to 50lbs

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks while maintaining quality standards

US citizen or permanent resident (required for ITAR certification)

This is a full-time position (multiple available) with a schedule of four 10-hour days

Day shift: Monday-Thursday 7am-5:30pm.

The hourly pay for this position ranges between $18 and $26 DOE, with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
