We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Cabinet Finisher/Cabinet Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in all aspects of cabinet finishing, including sanding, staining, and painting.
Key Responsibilities:
-Sanding and preparing cabinets for finishing
-Staining and painting cabinets
-Applying finishes to cabinets
-Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
-Work in a high-volume, production-focused environment, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality.
-Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and optimal production efficiency.
Qualifications:
-2+ years of experience in cabinet finishing
-Knowledge of different types of wood and finishes
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Strong attention to detail
-Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality.
-Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume production environment.
-Strong communication and teamwork skills.
-Knowledge of safety practices and adherence to workplace safety standards.
-Physical stamina and strength to handle materials and perform repetitive tasks.
-Will provide additional training
