The Assistant Warehouse Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day warehouse operations.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Assistance manager in motivating and guiding warehouse employees to develop and maintain a teamwork environment.
Provide primary and comprehensive organization of all materials inventories utilizing a computerized inventory module.
Daily communication with management and staff regarding shift transition, daily activities, and operational issues.
The ability to work flexible overtime as needed.
Provide support in areas necessary to maximize productivity.
Safe operation of material movement equipment: Forklift, Reach Truck, and Pallet Jack. Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities:
Supervisory/Management experience - a plus!
Basic computer and communication skills are required.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Work independently and self-motivated.
A Minimum of one year’s warehouse operations experience is required.
Must have the ability to safely lift 50 lbs. This is a full-time position shift hours are Monday – Friday
60K – 70K a year
Bonus available when goals are reached.
