THE POSITION:

We are a modern Staging and Interior Design firm looking to add a part-time staging designer. This is a great opportunity to hone your design skills through a broad spectrum of residential staging design projects in a hands-on way. This position will allow you to put your ideas into the world in a rapid-fire way, with immediate feedback and real-world experience in residential homes.

Responsibilities will vary day-to-day, and can include:

Designing full interiors for staging, pulling from our complete warehouse

Managing staging installations in residential homes, working alongside a team

Assisting with external shopping and procurement

Furniture inventory management and warehouse organization

Inventory management and maintenance

Photography of existing furniture assets

Assisting the design team with interior design projects, as requested

YOU:

The right candidate will be creative, punctual, organized, responsible, ambitious, energetic, crafty, fun, and willing to roll up his or her sleeves to do what is needed. They should love modern design, live for Dwell Magazine, Atomic Ranch, and dream of the modern classics. Our dream candidate has design or staging experience and possesses left AND right brain capabilities—making them a creative powerhouse and an organizational wizard at the same time. Computer skills are a must. Comfort with Mac a plus. Some experience with, InDesign, Photoshop, Excel and email very helpful. Must have own transportation, a smart phone and a valid driver’s license; must be able to lift up-to 40 pounds as needed.
