Are you an experienced residential design and sales professional looking for a new opportunity? Requirements:

At least two years of experience in residential construction and remodeling with a firm understanding of the construction process.

Several years of experience in residential kitchen and bath design with a portfolio of built work.

Proven sales experience with excellent closing and lead cultivation skills.

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field preferred.

Proficiency in design software.

Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

A keen eye for detail and a passion for staying updated on industry trends and innovations.

Proficiency in Salesforce or CRM software preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and requirements.

Develop innovative and functional design concepts tailored to each client's unique style and needs.

Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and team members to ensure seamless project execution.

Provide exceptional customer service throughout the design process, fostering lasting relationships with clients.

Use your design expertise to promote sales and guarantee client contentment throughout projects—from inception to completion.

Manage the billing process in coordination with office personnel, ensuring precision in all transactions.

Take part in company events and maintain a presence during showroom hours.

Aid clients in securing financing, if necessary.
