Studio Walsh Interiors is seeking experienced individuals to join our team for the role of home staging designer. The ideal candidate will have a passion for interior design and staging, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within our team environment. Hours are Monday through Friday 7am - 3pm. Warehouse location is in Lynnwood WA.
-Driving to different locations around the city (must have car)-working out of Lynnwood warehouse location
-Environment/comfortable clothing and shoes recommended
-Selecting staging furniture and accessories
-familiar with Stageforce app.
-Selecting, pulling and packing of accessories, art, lamps, bedding
-Assisting with placement of furniture and accessories at homes for staging
-Pre walk homes for staging consultations.
-Organizing the warehouse
Applicants must have:
-Staging and Design experience (min .2 years)
- Work at a fast, efficient and thoughtful pace.
-Adapt easily to change in schedule.
-Be a quick learner and be able to get things done independently with minimal supervision. Be able to walk properties and pack up removal solo.
-Reliable vehicle -Mileage paid for
-Be good at multitasking
-Attention to detail/good spacial arrangement of furniture
-$24-$26 an hour depending on experience in home staging and interior design
