Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will support the planning, execution, and optimization of our marketing efforts, ensuring that our campaigns are effective and align with our brand’s values and goals. In this role, he/she/they will be interacting with over fifty brokers and a front office team of six.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist up to fifty brokers with marketing needs starting with personal branding as a one-time set-up creating their website using the established Windermere platform, assisting with database development and editing bio. Providing assistance with logo development, and using W Creative (our marketing partner) for creation of buyer and seller guides.

Create a marketing template for brokers to use for new listings. Ensure timely delivery of materials and assets, ie., email blasts, building amenities, maps, post cards and assistance with social media. Create and coordinate printing and distribution of materials.

Assist brokers in personal marketing that is month-to-month and on-going including newsletters, social media implementation (not content), database touches, etc. Create and format Real Estate Reviews.

Act as liaison with W Creative connecting brokers to the services including but not limited to the W Report, buyer and seller guides and numerous social media templates.

Provide office support for marketing related tasks assisting new agents with marketing portal set-up: Moxi, WORC, W Creative, etc.

Manage office calendar, photos and all visual displays.

Run office social media accounts, frequently posting to our sphere.

Front desk support occasionally in a 3rd backup position.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or 3-5 years equivalent of marketing experience.

Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a marketing role or a related field.

Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to details.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency (for design) in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc., Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Canva.

Familiarity with marketing software (e.g., CRM tools, email marketing platforms, analytics tools).

Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box. Surprise us!

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Experience with social media management and content creation is a requirement.
