Marketing & Sales Coordinator

The Marketing & Sales Coordinator is an essential part of the Marketing team. This is an entry level opportunity where growth and development expected.
What you’ll do:
Internal POC for Marketing - Address all ad-hoc internal requests in a timely manner while effectively partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver results.
Sales Rep Onboarding - Oversee onboarding of all new external reps and provide the needed sales support and marketing resources.
Project Management - Monitor and report on the progress of various projects by tracking activity, problem points, and compliance to respective internal partners.
Website Management - Oversee executing change requests to the website, including coordinating with any contractors for executing custom or advanced change requests or designers to provide creative assets.
Content Development Support - Support content creation and design, and distribution coordination for a variety of marketing communications deliverables including social media, webinars, press releases, blog posts marketing and email campaigns, website content, external newsletters, and other materials.
PR & Media - Own the Press List tracking and support outreach for press and media, including speaking engagements, advertising, and press releases.
Marketing Calendar Execution - Administer department marketing calendar, as assigned. Monitors schedules, production and distribution arrangements and other details to ensure timely completion and quality control of marketing communication activities.
Analytic & Metric Management - Oversee the collection and reporting of data from across analytic platforms. Collaborate with Marketing Manager(s) to analyze performance, including lead generation, and provide strategic recommendations on how to improve engagement and conversions.
Project Profiles & Testimonials - Facilitate the identification of applicable projects and the collection of content after project completion. Create and facilitate the collection of testimonials from satisfied customers, facility managers, dealers, architects, and designers.
Webinars & Trainings - Facilitate webinars by determining the ideal dates, making sure invites are created and sent, and making sure all relevant content is created and included.
Who you are:
Someone with an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Someone with at least 2 years of professional experience
Someone with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Someone who is proficient in the Microsoft suite
Someone who is a self-starter and excels at multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Someone with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize and shift workload to meet deadlines
Someone with strong critical thinking skills who desires to leave no problem unsolved
Wage and Compensation
This role can expect to earn between $25 and $28 per hour, depending on experience.

INSURANCE | All employees and their dependents will have the ability to enroll in medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plans. If enrolled, benefits begin on the first day of the month following the 60th day of employment at Watson.
RETIREMENT | Watson will match 50% of employees’ 401k contributions, up to 2.5% of base annual salary. All employees over the age of 21 will be automatically enrolled on the first day of the month following 6 months of employment. You can opt out, decrease, or increase contribution at any time.
PAID TIME OFF | Hourly employees will earn 80 hours of paid time off during their first year at Watson, 120 hours of paid time off during years 2-5, and 160 hours of paid time off each year after being employed for 6 years.
PAID HOLIDAYS | Watson is closed for 8 holidays every year and offers every employee an additional paid holiday to choose upon employment.
PROFIT SHARING | Profit Sharing is how we reward the effort and commitment of our employees. Generally, 25% of profits are allocated to the Profit Sharing Plan after the baseline profit level is met. The overall profit sharing amount varies from year to year.
