To expand our reach and onboard more clients, we are looking for a Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager who will be responsible for growing our online presence, increasing website traffic, and generating leads.
Job Overview
This role is ideal for an experienced digital marketer passionate about social media, content creation, and lead generation. You will be responsible for managing our website, running social media campaigns, and implementing marketing strategies to attract and convert potential clients.
This is a commission-based role, meaning your earnings are tied to your success in onboarding new clients. If you thrive in a performance-driven role with unlimited earning potential, this opportunity is for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Website & SEO Management: Optimize our website for search engines and lead conversion.
- Social Media Growth: Develop and manage content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Content Creation: Write blog posts, create engaging graphics, and produce promotional videos.
- Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Implement and execute digital marketing strategies to attract potential clients.
- Paid Advertising & Promotions: Run Google Ads and social media ad campaigns.
- Analytics & Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
Compensation & Payment Structure
This is a commission-based position with competitive earnings based on performance:
- Lead Conversion Bonus: Earn $100 - $250 for every qualified lead that turns into a paying client.
- New Client Onboarding Commission: Earn 10% - 15% commission on the first month’s service package of each new client you acquire.
- Performance Bonus: Additional $100 - $1000 bonuses for meeting or exceeding target goals (e.g., signing up 5+ new clients per month).
- Long-Term Client Revenue Share: Earn 3% commission on clients retained for 3+ months.
Earning Potential
Your monthly income will be directly tied to the number of clients you bring in:
- 1-3 clients per month → $500 - $1,500/month
- 4-6 clients per month → $2,000 - $3,500/month
- 7+ clients per month → $5,000+/month
#### Ideal Candidate Qualifications
- Experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation
- Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, and social media marketing
- Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into paying clients
- Excellent copywriting and design skills for marketing materials
- Ability to work independently and drive results
- Experience in healthcare or home care marketing is a plus
