Creative House Branding is looking for an Inside Sales Support / Program Manager that would be a part of a global team in the fast-paced space of promotional products and creative services. Here at Creative House, we create and build promotional product campaigns, design company logos, build rewards programs, and offer direct factory sourcing. We are growing and need a fun energetic individual to work in our order management department.
Primary Job duties:
1. Maintaining Customer Relationships
Help build and maintain solid customer relationships
Proactively follow up on customer inquiries
Quote potential orders, then follow up to close the deal
Work with internal stakeholders
Grow current customer spend, help sales with leads etc
Maintain customer satisfaction – draw attention to challenges or pluses
2. Handling Requests and Logistics:
Data entry of orders
Ensure customer signs off on proofs and the P.O is intact
Work with vendors to ensure orders are on track, relay order status to client
Obtain and send tracking numbers to clients, follow up on movement
Check logistics quotes – making sure CHB’s contracted rates are used
3. Creating New Sales Opportunities:
Pitch new product and service ideas to current customers
Direct interaction with clients, rolling up communications / leads to sales
Identify risks / lost orders, challenges
Assist in financial gain or loss opportunities
Stay up to date with vendors on hot products, promote to customers
Qualifications:
Detail oriented and extremely organized
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Solid in Word
Excel – ability to build spreadsheets for costs / new reports
Proficient in Quickbooks
Strong project management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in marketing tools and analytics platforms.
